Marketing Generalist

- Developed multi-channel marketing programs for CETPA
LLC (a non-profit Health and Rehabilitation Clinic for
people with addictions.
- Designed and implemented the eCommerce strategy,
including the bilingual website - cetpa.org
- Designed a 1,000+ people multi-functional database
created so that we can communicate with our B2B clients
through announcements, newsletters, press releases,
etc.  The database was designed specifically for our key
people and grant providing organizations.
- Developed the Strategic Plan for the whole organization
through a required document (CARF) which is created
every 3 years to show the organization’s growth and use
of grants.  This is a 700+ page report.

- Envisioned the strategy, development and deployment
of a customer “Winback” program, orchestrating direct
mail (100,000 pieces a week) and e-mail programs that

region with an increase in revenue of 7%.

Responsible for advertising budgets of over $50 million.

- Managed the development of a marketing guide that
detailed our companies’ Brand Voice, designed to define

travel agencies, and partners.  Led the corporate
introduction and program communication to 2,000+ shore-
side employees.
- Developed marketing and Sales Programs (B2B –
Business to Business) with seven top-producing national
accounts (travel agencies) which resulted in an increase of
over $30 million in revenue.
