- Created multi-channel marketing programs, including the
development of multilingual websites and online stores.  Example:
www.cetpa.org (website for a drug rehabilitation center.
- Wrote and published a book: Thin (Inside): A Handbook for the
Understanding of Weight-Challenged Individuals.

AT&T, Atlanta, Georgia
April 2003 –July 2007; Telecommunications / Multi-Billion /
100,000+ Employees.
Left due to:  AT&T moved the Advertising Department to Texas
and the Georgia Advertising Department (27 of us) were provided
a severance package.
Positions Held:
Associate Director (AT&T) of Advertising: Competitive Acquisition
& Hispanic Market (2005-2007)  
Product Manager for BellSouth.com (2004-2005)
Advertising Manager for BellSouth.com (2003)
- Managed employees and agencies in the strategy and
development of advertising materials (bilingual and English-only)
for the BellSouth/AT&T Retention Program, including: TV, Radio,
Newspaper, Magazine, E-mail Campaigns, and Online Banners.  
Programs generated between a 6-10% increase in revenue.
- Managed employees and agencies in the strategy, development
and deployment of a customer “Winback” program, including direct
mail (100,000 pieces a week) and e-mail programs. This generated
thousands of new customers and 6% in incremental revenue.
- Managed budgets up to $50 million among several advertising
agencies
- Managed the research of multicultural markets: Latinos, African
American, and Asian.
- Responsible for developing program reports for upper
management that explained results & possible trends.

- Created the strategic direction of Polygon Enterprises by
supervising over twelve direct reports in the following areas:
Marketing Communications, Creative Services, Online Innovations,
and Graphic Services.
- Marketing: Managed creative development and brand
communications, including marketing campaigns, promotions,
media plans, corporate and client's website design and content,
collateral materials, press releases, contests, brand alliances,
trademarks, and consumer/trade advertisements.
- Human Resources: Managed the development of the following
corporate items - performance appraisals, salary matrix, bonus
programs, and internal corporate employee programs (including
the employee benefits programs, motivation and recognition
programs, and training/development programs).

- Managed the development of all creative for promotional alliance
campaigns with companies including: The Coca-Cola Company,
American Express, Korbel, AT&T, First USA, Visa USA, Kodak,
E*Trade, Nissan, Johnny Rockets, Sharper Image, Universal
Studios, PGA TOUR, Hard Rock Café, Alamo, and American
Airlines.  This resulted in an additional $8 Million Dollars in
promotional funds directly from our partners and for one of our
destinations, over a 10% increase in cabins sold.
- Co-managed the development and introduction of a 30-event
“Virtual Truck” tour for the introduction of our new vessels. Proved
very successful in the introduction of the biggest ship in the world
at the time.
- Managed the development and corporate introduction (to over 2k
shore-side employees) of a marketing guide that detailed our
Brand Voice, designed to define the brand for corporate
employees, advertising agencies, travel agencies, and partners.
- Developed marketing programs with seven top-producing
national accounts (travel agencies) which resulted in an increase of
over $30 million in revenue.
