What is EFT?
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques.  It’s a form of acupuncture –
but instead of using needles on your body – you use your fingers to tap on
different meridian points on your body.  It’s the same meridian path that
traditional Chinese acupuncture uses.  It’s targeted at emotional and physical
pains.

Gary Craig, who’s the founder of EFT, says that the cause of any negative
emotion is a disruption in our body’s energy system.  Tapping breaks up the
Negative Energy Patterns.  When you clear up the emotional stuff – sometimes
the physical ailments in the body are simultaneously cleared up.  Migraines
disappear – people with Parkinson’s disease stop trembling.  Gary’s website is

When you experience any type of trauma it disrupts the free flow of the energy
running through the body.  Picture a TV set.  Imagine taking a metal screwdriver
and running it through all the electronic stuff in the TV.  Doing so would disrupt
the energy (electricity) that flows through it.  As a result, you would hear static
and see a distorted picture.  Emotional issues cause this same sort of “static” or
disruption in your body’s natural energy flow, and when the energy is disrupted,
physical problems can occur and can take up residence anywhere in our body –
