Terrie Stieferman is an EFT practitioner and a Breath Coach – using the Rebirthing Breath.
She previously owned a health food store (House of Health) in Sandy Springs. She is also a
singer and writes affirmation songs.
She became fascinated with EFT when she accidentally came across Gary Craig’s website while
researching health articles on the Internet. She had fallen on ice during the Christmas
holidays in 2002 which resulted in a back and brain injury.
She was a regular outpatient at the Shepherd Center in Atlanta which deals with Spinal Cord
Injury and Brain Injury Rehabilitation. She was tested on more drugs than she cares to
remember. Terrie has eliminated all the medications she was previously taking for the brain
injury and attributes EFT to saving her life.
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques and is a form of traditional Chinese
acupuncture using the meridian points on our body to tap on with the fingers instead of
needles. It zeroes right in on emotions which cause physical pain to the body. Keeping
negative emotions for a period of time causes diseases. EFT gets results where nothing else
will.
For many years she has studied the teachings of Abraham-Hicks (The Law of Attraction) and
has attended many of their workshops. She is a graduate of “The Silva Method” and has
learned to trust and use her creative side and intuition. She is also a long time student of “A
Course in Miracles.”
Jack Canfield, author of the “Chicken Soup” books and one of the participants of “The Secret”
(book and movie) said on The Oprah Winfrey Show . . . “Emotional Freedom Techniques is one
of the tools to use to unblock the limiting beliefs which hold you back from obtaining what you
want in life.”
Terrie has trained with Bob Doyle – who was featured in the movie “The Secret” and Carol
Look (author of Attracting Abundance with EFT.) Terrie holds weekly EFT group sessions at
the Inner Space in Sandy Springs. For more information about the meetings call (404) 252-
4540.

On December 3, 2008, Terrie Stieferman was the special guest of the METAmigoTalk Radio Show hosted by Paolo Mancini.
